    You need to use FTP or cPanel to override the old theme files with the new theme files

    a) It should be but there are sometimes cases where it does not show up for some people, some configuration on your site

    b) Yes overwrite the theme folder, this will not remove anything from your website

    Hi

    Try downloading 1.9 from themeforest, and then hopefully 1.9.2 will show up in your dashboard
