Uplift update question and image size question

Just wondering the best way to update the uplift theme. I’ve downloaded just the wp theme update, once downloaded i zipped it up then i uploaded it into the Appearance > theme > add new > upload. the upload then failed. this was the message –

Destination folder already exists. /home/content/n3pnexwpnas02_data03/45/3338545/html/wp-content/themes/uplift/

Theme install failed.

how do i do the update?

Also,

The portfolio details page the image is stretched to fit the space. I was wondering how do i stop it from stretching? I want it the size it is.

Hi

Update should be available when you go to Dashboard > Updates

If it’s not then you will need to upload the files via ftp and overwrite the old files, see: http://www.swiftideas.com/knowledgebase/how-to-manually-update-your-theme/

it seems you already have the latest version installed.
In the portfolio asset you have to disable the full width.
