Hi there
I am not sure how I go about updating my PHP; this is the message that I am showing.

Also when viewing my website on mobile it is displaying mainly code but I’m not sure whether this is down to my PHP being out of date.

Hi,

Regarding the php version you should contact your hosting company to deal with this.

The second happens when you don’t have our theme active in order that those shortcodes are displayed has html content.
