Updates Slow To Take Effect On Local Dev

Hi,

I don’t have any caching plugins installed or enabled but changes are taking ~30 seconds to take effect. I am using Bitnami WordPress Stack for Windows 7 + Phpstorm. Any ideas?

Definitely can realise what it could be. Never heard of similar situation.

Try this software, I use it on Mac but there is also a Windows beta version

Maybe test setting up a staging server or as Rui suggested the GetFlyWheel app.
