    I’ve tried to update the theme and I get this message:

    An error occurred while updating Atelier: The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature

    I cannot even work on the site as many functions seem to be broken.

    Can you help me fix this. Thanks

    Hi there, I have updated the theme but this is what I get:

    Fatal error: Call to undefined function sf_gopricing_list() in /home/byfreercom/public_html/wp-content/plugins/swift-framework/includes/page-builder/shortcodes/gopricing.php on line 62

    Hi,

    I just activate Atelier and the SwiftFramework plugin to check if it’s fine, and it seems good.
    Let us know if you find any additional problem.

    Hi there, I’ve gone back into it and there seems to be a problem with the go pricing plugin. I started reactivating the plugins when I got this error message:

    Warning: require_once(../../../../../themes/atelier/swift-framework/core/sf-functions.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/byfreercom/public_html/wp-content/plugins/swift-framework/includes/page-builder/shortcodes/gopricing.php on line 2

    Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required ‘../../../../../themes/atelier/swift-framework/core/sf-functions.php’ (include_path=’.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php’) in /home/byfreercom/public_html/wp-content/plugins/swift-framework/includes/page-builder/shortcodes/gopricing.php on line 2

    Cannot get back into the site.

    That’s strange, line 2 it’s an empty line.
    Can you provide FTP access to check what’s going on?

    Hi,

    I cannot seem to get to your root folders on your ftp, what ‘Server’ details and ‘Remote Path’ are you using?

    If you could screenshot your FTP setup also that will help.
