    Hello, when I try to update to 1.5.2 I get a message that it’s not possible to remove the old theme so the update won’t work. Then the whole theme is gone so I have to do a restore from my back-ups. Any idea what is happening?

    Hi,

    Try the FTP way.

    Backup the theme and also the theme options. (In case anything happen you can revert it back) Then try updating the theme using FTP. (unzip the theme and rename it to another name and upload in wp-contents/themes folder and activate it, you can import the theme options from the backup)
