    How is it possible to configure different sidebars for posts and pages?

    To clarify, I really need this be able to be set globally rather than on a per post basis.

    Hi there,

    You can set this globally via Theme Options > Default Meta Options. This will take effect for all posts that are created from after you set it.

    The page sidebar is the set up in the same way.

    Right but I want a different default sidebar for the page and another different default sidebar for posts. I do not see how to accomplish that with the admin settings. What am I missing?

    Ahh ok, I see what you mean – you’d like to have a separate set of defaults. Currently they are shared, but I’ve just added this to the request list so that we can get an extra set in there for pages.
