Unable to install "demo content"

Hello,

Can not install the demo of the theme Flexform XML.

Where to find the installation manual?

I tried: Tools > Import > WordPress: download the file in “Demo Content” > “flexform_demo-content.xml” then install the files, but it does not work.

Yes, after importing files “flexform_demo-content.xml” (see screenshot)

Only part of the picture is installed

Is it necessary to import a single file: “flexform_demo-content.xml?”? Or does it also import “Alt Background Image” and “Files.zip and flexform-split-XML-Files.zip”??

Errors with installing demo content are often down to the PHP Memory Limit, you could try increasing it:

http://codex.wordpress.org/Editing_wp-config.php#Increasing_memory_allocated_to_PHP

If that does not work it will be down to your host.

Yes, the size limit is 10 MB

I added “define (‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ’96M ‘);” in “wp-config.php” but it does not work.

I have to do with my host?

My hosting is limited upload (10MB max), is there a solution downloaded by ftp?
And if so, what files should I transfer?

Unfortunately it’s not a file that you upload with ftp, it is stored in the database.

The demo content has to be imported through the wp backend, if your host will not allow you to do this then there is nothing else you can do. I’d consider upgrading to a better host.
