Two testimonial questions

Hi

Two testimonial questions:

1. How do I insert a line space in my testimonial text? I would like line space before my modal read more button, after the text. Even if I press return, or shift return for a forced new line, the button appears on the next line but I would like a line space (or even two line spaces) above the button.

2. Also, I would like to remove the large quote symbol that appears above the text in a testimonial, how do I do that?

  margin-top: 20px;
}
