Is there a way to turn off responsive and leave the fixed at the 960px width instead of the 1170px width? The 1170px width is a little too wide for my client. Having to launch site early and havn’t fixed all the responsive css edits yet.

I’d say not easily, you’d have to edit the css to limit it to 960px
