I received a notification that pinpoint released an update to pinpoint. I downloaded and tried to install. I uploaded successfully to wordpress, but the install failed. It said it already had been installed. It says that the install has failed.

I know something must be wrong as my admin dashboard of my wordpress site is running so slowly to the point that I sometimes cannot even post or access it. Please help me in this area.

Hi,

To update a theme manually, you first need to remove the current one you’re using.

Activate a different theme, delete your current Pinpoint and then install the latest version. Your content and theme options will not be lost in the process.
