    Hi,

    I’ve been having issues with importing products through CSV Import and I noticed that both the theme needs to be updated and the WordPress needs to be updated to 4.3 so I’m guessing that’s why I’m having the issue.

    I went to update the theme and it said that I would lose any customizations. What does this mean?

    What is the correct way to update the theme? If I update the theme, will the WordPress be updated as well?

    Can you tell me the proper way to update everything without losing my work?

    Hi,

    WordPress update it’s the 1st one you should and doesn’t have any relation with the theme update.
    You only lose customizations if you change any code of the parent theme(Neighborhood), if not go ahead and update.
