Top bar will not enable

Hi guys-

My Top Bar will not work. I’ve enabled it, and the sticky version of it… tried different versions of the regular header along with it. It just doesn’t show up.

Is there something else I need to do to get this to work?

No the topbar will not be visible on naked headers

ok thanks. What’s th easiest way to control (in this case reduce) the height of the top bar? I’m trying to essentially created what looks like a single header with 2 rows of nav buttons. Am trying reducing the depth of the top bar but it makes the slider underneath it go crazy… I’m probably not doing it the right way,…

Whatever CSS you’ve used please remove it as I can barely see the header
