Hello Support
I received an email message on a Theme update (Item Purchase Code: 13045d27-cf29-473c-80e3-3d9ac803c436) and wanted to download it from themeforest.net

In the overview with my purchased Themes amenities:

“Download not available
Item reached download limit”

How do I download the update – in the description on Themeforest.net is something of a download limit – I really invite only the theme updates, if available, and then not even 20 times.

CAn You help me please?
