Text element as title

When I use the text block in the builder and add a widget title and delete the “This is a text block. Click the edit button to change this text.” Every time I save the page this text comes back. see pic.

Please open to edit default.php at /dante/swift-framework/page-builder/builder/shortcode/

Find this code at line 95
 "value" => __("<p>This is a text block. Click the edit button to change this text.</p>", "swift-page-builder"),

Replace with 
"value" => __("", "swift-page-builder"),

Hopefully it should work 100% .

Which is very risky because… every update you will release to Dante it makes me be aware to update that piece of code, too. Is it so or not?

Please insert some space at text block like       to avoid this issue and hope that should resolve the issue. If you dont have text then you dont need to use text block.

Ok Mohammad, I’ll follow your suggestion.
The point is that often I have to place Titles. In a template like Enfold, there’s the opportunity to place title block. I expected to do the same in the wonderful Swift Builder… 🙂

Instead of adding the page title in the ‘Widget Title’ field, add it in the main content area of the text box? Set it to h1 or h2 for example. This will stop the text auto populating

I tried your suggested solution. It would be great to use if only I have the opportunity to set a stylized text as a title. It is not enough to wrap a title in the classic heading style, e.g. <h3></h3>. Text won’t have a middle row on its right side. Given that, consider that in your text block there’s no option to select text format (paragraph, heading 1, etc). So, there’s no right solution in this case.
I think there are two: 1) get rid of default text boxes’ text – which is not possible; 2) add a new shortcode only for titles or headings, like many other themes have.
For now, correct me if I’m wrong, I have to edit Dante’s default.php file.
