Hi guys, i have a bit of confusion over testimonials (again) and have discovered that i have TWO testimonials in my dashboard. two ‘add new’ and two ‘categories’.. the one is showing in my sidebar widget area and the other is showing on a page builder element.. not sure why there are two or how to get the side bar widget to show the one i want and not the one i dont want?? thanks.

Hi,

The theme comes with “Testimonials” custom post type, you have also installed a WooComerce Testimonial plugin “Testimonials”. Please deactivate that. http://nightmaircreations.com/wp-admin/plugins.php.

hi David, done. But now i think i remember why i installed testimonials plugin.. i dont see any option to add a testimonial to the side bar widgets with the theme? is there a code i can use in a text widget maybe? thx.

Theme dont have any widget for Testimonial. You can get Testomoial widget through this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/custom-post-type-widgets/.
