Testimonial Slider Buttons

(Bottom of http://fjlogan.com/) On the Testimonial Slider element I want to show the arrow buttons at all times and not just when someone scrolls over the Testimonial Slider. I also want the arrows to be my accent color instead of white. How do I make this happen? I am guessing there is some custom CSS involved.

You need to upload at /wp-content/themes/dante/images/showcase-nav.png through FTP software.
