The team and client carousel links don’t function on smartphones… I can click on them on my pc just fine, but on my Samsung Gs4 and iPhone 4s (both latest software on it) the items in the carousel are not clickable. This includes the social buttons under the image. I tried using chrome on my Gs4 as well; same results. However, when I long press and hold until the right click menu pops up I have an option to open the link in a new window and that works, but simple click won’t work.
any ideas?July 10, 2014 at 8:24 am #89725Hi
Just tested on my iPhone with safari and both the team and client elements work fine, see my screenshot. It shows the link that opened when I clicked one of your client logos

July 10, 2014 at 12:45 pm #89866I will forward this to the developer so he can check

August 2, 2014 at 1:18 am #96991It is still not working so I guess I’ll just stop using it and try something else… thanks anyway…
August 4, 2014 at 10:31 am #97352Hi,
I can check in a Samsumg S4. Checked your site in mobile and I can’t find a team/client carrousel.
Can you tell a url where I can see this?p.s- something strange in your web hosting settings, when trying to access http://elitahair.com/ in the desktop it starts a download.

August 6, 2014 at 4:13 am #98195– Here is a test page: http://elitahair.com/test/
– There was some leftover junk from WP Super Cache in my htaccess… that’s why my site wasn’t coming up for new visitors… thanks for the heads up
August 7, 2014 at 2:43 am #98686Can you show us what you see? As I said it’s working fine here, and the first item doesn’t link as there is no link set on it?

August 7, 2014 at 8:18 pm #99093This reply has been marked as private.August 8, 2014 at 3:17 am #99207Hmm ok – I think I know the issue. Can you try this for me:
.mobile-browser .client-item figure { opacity: 1!important; -moz-opacity: 1! important; filter: alpha(opacity= 100); }
That should hopefully sort it.

August 8, 2014 at 5:56 pm #99519Okay I tried it, but it didn’t work. I cleared the cache from my browser. By the way I tested it on my phone’s regular browser and google chrome; same results on both.
August 9, 2014 at 1:05 am #99575Seems the code isn’t being picked up. Try this instead:
.mobile-browser .client-item figure { opacity: 1!important; }
or last resort:
.client-item figure { opacity: 1!important; }
