Hi
When I add a blank spacer element in the top row within a tab element, will mess up my entire page formatting. This seems to occure randomly. I have attached an image showing the tabs options available.
This also happens when I added a ‘ Product element’ inside the ‘ Tab element ‘ as well. I have tried everything, the suggestion to add padding within the design option only works with elements that has this options. Other elements like ‘ Products element ‘ does not have a design option to tweak. So for this case, I will need to use a Blank spacer.
Please have a look and help me please. I have been pulling my hair on this. Thanks!Attachments:

Thanks
MohamamdMay 28, 2016 at 12:35 pm #270913Hi Mohammad
Thank you for your response.
Unfortunately the same issues are still present.By adding a ‘Product Element’ and adjusting the size , and also by adding or moving the position of the ‘ Blank spacer element’ still messed up the page formatting.
Page : Home
Element affected : Tabs
Steps to reproduce :
1. Resize Product element to 1/2
2. Resize Block Text element to 1/2
3. Place these 2 elements side by side as shown in image attachment.
4. Will also happen when blank spacer element is moved to the top of the above 2 elementsThank you Mohammad for your time.
Warmest Regards

Did you had the change of looking into this?. It’s really irritating to have something so basic to be so buggy.Julian
May 30, 2016 at 7:30 am #270992Hi,
Do you want the space between the tab button and tab content?
Thanks
MohammadMay 30, 2016 at 7:43 am #270994Hi Mohammad
Yes a space between the button and tab content is needed.
However while you are at it, it seems like by adding 2 block text side by side at 1/2 size will also cause the same issue. Please try it out. Thanks!
JulianMay 30, 2016 at 8:11 am #271003Hi,
Please remove the blank spacer and use this custom css code:-.tab-content{ margin-top:20px !important; }
Thanks
MohammadMay 30, 2016 at 9:01 am #271014Thanks Mohammad
I have added the custom code for the CSS, also removed the blanks spacer.
As mentioned. Once I resize the content within the tabs element, the page will get messed up again.
Please try the attached image and do a preview of the page. You will see what I mean.Attachments:

This has been extremely frustrating, Support has not been very helpful.I hope anyone besides the support team has any solution to this or experience similar issue.
Thank you

JulianJune 1, 2016 at 11:44 am #271679Hi Julian,
I’ll take a look at this now.
– Just to clarify your desired, can you add an image mockup of exactly what you expect?
Thanks.
June 1, 2016 at 6:01 pm #271801Hi David
Thank you for looking into this.
I would like the ‘ tattoo tab ‘ to look like the attached image.
Basically as i have mentioned numerous times, placing a ” block text element” and ” product element” side by side within a tab element will ruin the page format. This issue will also happen with 2 block text element as well, or even placing a blank spacer on top row within any of the tabs. I have been repeating myself regarding this issue for the pass 5 days already.Julian
