Dear Team,
I am experiencing an issue with latest WP version and theme version. My Swift slider is not loading neither on safari, chrome or Firefox.
Can you please tell me if I miss something here.

Can you provide us admin access so we can check the content of the page?

September 9, 2014 at 11:49 am #108567Hello,
I did further test and after cleaning cache on W3TC and browsers still got it.
When I change to a swift slider with an image it works. Probably this is what you saw as I saw you connected when I just tested the page.
Now with the video swift slider (category home) it still doesn’t. It seems loading in the background and then go away.
Thanks again,
HaiderSeptember 9, 2014 at 1:14 pm #108625Seems to be a database issue with links, I’m logged in to http://kainjoo.treatmybrand.com/ but when I go to view the site it redirects to http://kainjoo.com/ ?

September 9, 2014 at 1:55 pm #108647That because I am on multisite using multi domain plugin. What I don’t get is it was working perfectly before wordpress 4.0 and the latest Cardinal version (I did both simultaneously).
The video I am trying to use is here: http://kainjoo.treatmybrand.com/wp-content/uploads/sites/3/2014/05/kainjoo.mp4
When using an image as a background, it works.
I tried to create a new slider with the same video it doesn’t want to load.
What should I do?
September 9, 2014 at 2:18 pm #108667Ok so I setup the 2 cases:
OK –> 1 with a swift slider image based on the EN version:http://kainjoo.com/.
NOK –> swift slider video as a background as in the demo on the FR version http://kainjoo.com/fr/
This is what I actually had on the EN as results and still have no luck to make it work.I tested re-creating a new swift slider but as soon as I put a video (mp4) it is not working anymore.
Hope that helps debugging.

Add this custom css – that will sort the height issue out for you.
.swift-slider { height: auto!important; }
