is it possible to t0 resize the swift slider (ideally without using arcane css and an excessive number of selectors!)?
ideally the css would look like this
.spb_swift-slider { height: 80%; width: auto; }
again, ideally if swiftideas implemented it using something akin to flexbox, the entire container and its contents should resize correctly accordingly in responsive mode.
many thanks for your help.
September 16, 2015 at 12:10 pm #213567Hi
You can only set it to window height or a manual height, it’s not currently possible to a percentage

September 16, 2015 at 12:11 pm #213568Hi,
If you are inserting the slider into a page using the page Meta Options, you can use the built in option: Swift Slider Max Height.
If you are using the shortcode, the setting within the shortcode page builder item is called: Slider Max Height.
Thanks,
David.September 16, 2015 at 12:29 pm #213583hi thx for fast response

September 16, 2015 at 2:06 pm #213647sorry i am not sure i understand
if you go to this page
https://needlepoint.land/wp-admin/post.php?post=15612&action=edit
i think that you will clearly see that i used swift builder to add a swift slider instance about half way down
it is embedded in a row elementi am using the wrong terminology or something — i am trying to be as precise as possible
the page is called qlook
it can be found (obviously) in the pages menu option off the sidebarif you dont see a slider on that page, then this problem is a lot more serious than i thought
September 16, 2015 at 2:09 pm #213649Not sure why it’s not working, will forward to the developer for you

September 17, 2015 at 2:01 pm #214165tx Ed!
In the meantime, can Swiftideas support advise if RevSlider is now safe to use (per last year’s malicious attacks/patches)?
If so, is there a download page somewhere in Swiftideas.com where I can download a safe or approved version? Or does it come bundled with Atelier somehow?
Thanks as always for your help.
September 17, 2015 at 2:09 pm #214169Hi,
It’s fine to use, we try to keep the latest version released current our version updates.
The plugin file can be installed from within your dashboard: https://needlepoint.land/wp-admin/themes.php?page=install-required-plugins
It should also be in the main zip file from your TF account.
