Swift Page Builder – Random Error Message

Hello,

Our client has notified us that they continue to have issues with an error message that is popping up in certain pages of their site. The error is located in the WordPress page editor backend on pages using the swift page builder. It displays outside of any blocks and is entirely uneditable.

The message displaying is the following:
array(3) { [“url”]=> NULL [“width”]=> NULL [“height”]=> NULL }

The only way we could get rid of this from showing up on the live site was to re-create the page, which is slow and inconvenient for all parties involved. Could someone provide us with information as to why this randomly occurs, and how we may fix it?

So it only display that error message when editing the pages in WordPress admin?

That is correct. It only displays this strange code when editing the pages in the WordPress admin page editor screen.

We are working on cloning the site to our servers. When this is completed we will provide you with a login for checking out the issue. I will keep you posted.

Im also experiencing this issue on the site: http://www.communicloud.com/webex-event-centre/

The error message also shows on the page admin above the content boxes. This looks like a common error as if you google the following line you get load of websites running the flexform theme.
{ [“url”]=> NULL [“width”]=> NULL [“height”]=> NULL }

Is there a fix for this other than me rebuilding the page every time?

Got some places in the code where this may happen, but will need ftp access to your site make changes.

I found an image issue that i had changed a few times. It was not showing up in page builder or live. I added the image and the error went away.
