Swift Page Builder Issues

I am having issues when editing in the swift page editor.

The visual editor isn’t visual and it’s adding all the html and making the font white:

Also, I have none of the shortcode options. Thanks for the help!

Hi,

That’s strange. Does the visual editor appear correctly using the classic editor in a page or post?
If not can you provide us admin access to your site. Please use the private reply option.

Hi Rui,

It works properly in the classic editor, but not the visual editor. I can provide you admin access, but I’m out of the office until Monday.

Any other thoughts?

Hi Ben,

Please make sure you’ve updated to the latest version of the theme, and cleared your browser cache. This issue only occurs when you’re using an old version of the theme, as WordPress changed the editor plugin version in WordPress 3.9
