Team – I just installed the Uplift theme on a preview site. Unfortunately, the Swift Page Builder option button within the page edit window doesn’t do anything. I’ve re-installed the Swift Framework (version 2.4.16) plugin twice now. I’ve re-uploaded the Uplift theme. I’ve deactivated unnecessary plugins. What am I missing? Thanks in advance! -Paul

What errors do you get, what errors exist within the console log.

For instances like this we will need a WP login.

Please can you disable all plugins leaving only Swift Framework and WooCommerce active.

    Hi,

It works fine for me so I think it’s only a cache issue in your browser.

Clear the browser cache and also try Chrome in incognito mode.

    Let us know the result.

Soooo strangely it’s working now. I went to edit the test page you made and I couldn’t get the Swift Page Builder to work. Then I made a brand new page and it worked there. Then it started working on existing pages. Strange – but at least we’re good now. Thanks for the assist!

Great, glad it’s amended for you – possibly a browser cache issue.

    – David.
