Update.
I will tested it again. I reinstaled fully wordpress with mySQL base and ftp files.
Next:
1. Updated WordPress from 3.6 version -> WordPress 3.9.1.
2. Installed dante theme. Installed plugins and activated it.
And Swift Framework Shortoced already doesn’t works.
Then i disactivated all plugins. But it doesn’t works.
CAn you help me or fix it on my website?

Hello again! I solved this problem.
This problem was with Apache on a hosting provider. Provder activated “optimization mode” to my hosting, which disabled executing .php files in the sf-shortcodes folder. Provider disactivated this mode and it’s working.
