Tried several things without any luck at the moment. Create a new plugins directory but still the same issue.
Will have to continue this tomorrow morning. Can you check with the hosting support if they can find the latest error messages of that WordPress installation?
thanks-Rui

Don’t have a conclusion yet but will have it.
Can you access again the admin and activate your plugins.-Rui

ok let’s keep it like this for now. I think I will need about 30 minutes of testing in your site to determine the exact line of code that is causing it and this can make the site unavailable during my intervention time.
When do you think it will be a good day/hour? we can do it next week or so to recover from the days that it was down.
