    Hi,

    We are having some problems with the Nota Theme specifically with Page Builder. We did not make any update or anything, just stopped working. In pages we don’t see Page Builder stuff and if I go to Swift Framework under Option I don’t even see any option everything despaired? I attached both print screens. We need you support.

    Thank you

    Hi,

    You have several errors in your javascript console. It doesn’t seem related to our theme or SwiftFramework plugin.

    Check your server error logs to figure out the message for the 500 internal server error.
    Also try to deactivate all plugins except SwiftFramework and try to edit a page again, because it can be an issue caused by a 3rd party plugin

    Something strange in your install. I had only 2 active plugins and it says 4.

    Now I activated the plugins previously deactivate and it says 15 actives but only shows 13.

    Anything specific with this install that we should know? Also this seems related with the jQuery version.

    Hi Korab,

    For now I have disabled plugins whilst we look into this. This is not something I can replicate locally on my dev.

    Please open your wp-config.php file and add this: define('WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M');

    Please also add your FTP details.

    Thanks,
    David

    I’m also seeing jQuery errors in the Woocommerce options.

    Something is wrong in your theme installation(I don’t know what it is)
    Maybe it’s better to upload again the WordPress installation files.
