    Hello, Today I bought the Joyn theme. I uploaded both the parent and child theme to the webserver.
    Clicking Install Swift Framework plugin resulted in the message ‘Download failed. Forbidden’. Viewing the home page shows ‘Install the Swift Framework’. Parent theme or child theme activated makes no difference. Though the files of this framework are present on the webserver. I noticed it is version 3.0 that has been downloaded.
    What now?

    Hi,

    Joyn and the framework aren’t in version 3.0.
    Can you provide me your site url and admin credentials to check what is going on?

    The file swift-framework.php, describing the Swift Framework Main Class, in the root directory of the swift framework folder states v3.0.
