    @wolfl

    This one should(there is always a chance to find something wrong) fix it.
    You can use it, we are just preparing the update to go out.

    OK, I will give this one a go on our staging server until the update appears. Thanks, Rui.

    Not sure what happened but can’t see the link I posted with the latest SwiftFramework

    Here it goes, delete the current SwiftFramework and install this one.

    Don’t forget to clear the browser cache.

    Thanks, the link was still there in an earlier post. I haven’t tested it thoroughly but I can report that the text formatting now persists on saving, which is great.

    We needed to go through several SPB text fields to put the lost formatting back in, but at least it stays in place now. This is on WP 4.7.5 by the way. I hope this issue doesn’t appear again when we upgrade to 4.8!

    This has started with another(page content didn’t loaded) issue that came with the changed that WordPress team did in the editor in the 4.8 version.

    Our testing was done with the 4.8, but if anything persist we will fix it. But guess it’s ok now.

    Hey Rui,

    Yeah, I mean the Page templates in saved items. If I go to: Pages>Page name>SPB>Add element I see this menu without Page templates…

    Hey Rui,

    You are right! I close this ticket.

    Right now, I don´t really need the saved templates. I wait for the next version of the plugin and when it is realised I will check it.

    Thanks for helping and for solving the problem!

    Rui, I’m sure you and the team have noticed this because of all the support tickets being raised, but I believe this TinyMCE fix (applied in 2.5.43) only works for WordPress 4.8!.

    If you still have 4.7.5, like I did as of this morning, the text editor doesn’t save any formatting. On another installation that I upgraded to 4.8, the 2.5.43 framework version works fine.

    @wolfl
    We are releasing a new update to sort an additional error we found. But this should work for both WP versions.
    In that 4.75 install try to check it in a different browser.
