Hello,
I contact you because I have the same problem like Friday. Check ticket n°#327820.
On Friday afternoon, after the problem with Swift Framework was “solved” we migrate WordPress to another URL. On Saturday morning, we were able to update the page. But yesterday evening, I found that I was no longer able to see any content that has been created with Swift Page Builder.
Thanks,
BJune 12, 2017 at 9:26 am #328040This happens so often to my site with swift page builder that I’m thinking of switching to a different theme.
June 12, 2017 at 9:47 am #328044Hi,
This was identified and a release prepared and sent out over Friday/Saturday.
As this change involved amending the plugin core JS files, you will need to refresh the browser cache to pull in the new files.
I checked your site after clearing my browser cache and the PB content was present:
Thanks.
June 12, 2017 at 10:23 am #328063I think that I can only see the PB content using Firefox.
Nevertheless, I found two other problems:
1. When I update content in PB and I save it, it does not save styles or links properly. As you can see in your picture, it only saves plain text. It means that if I want to make some change in the content, I have to insert all the styles and links again.
2. I don´t know where to access to the templates. Before, the access was at the top menu inside SPB and right now it only shows elements and category of elements.
Thanks

@sbnuman
This error is a consequence of the changes made in the tinyMce editor in the WordPress 4.8. And has you can see we provided a fix in the same day, it seems the fix is not completely correct but we are working on it.-Rui

June 12, 2017 at 3:48 pm #328163Hey Rui,
I cleared the cache twice.
I created a new draft page, I added a content box and I applied style to it. When I saved as draft I saw it again without style.
I entered in SFB and I can not add templates…

Yes, right now is working! We are able to update the webpage 🙂
Thanks for help.
By the way, where is the access to the templates in SPB? Before it was in the top menu…
June 13, 2017 at 10:04 am #328346Hi,
You can see the menu option SPB Sections?
Check if you have any custom post type disabled.
I found an additional error last night, you need to replace your current swiftF
We are now preparing the updates to go out but the only thing you need it’s to replace the SwiftFramework plugin by this version in the link below. Delete the current one and install the new. The SwiftFramework options are saved in the database so there is any problem with that.

June 13, 2017 at 10:09 am #328348I reminded that I could see your admin.
You don’t have SPB Sections at the moment.
Do you mean the Page templates that are in the Saved Items?

June 13, 2017 at 10:28 am #328358Can I just check whether that intermediate version of the framework fixes the TinyMCE problems? I have the latest official framework 2.5.42 installed, and in both WordPress 4.7.5 and 4.8 any text formatting gets removed on saving a page/post. It’s a major issue for us right now.
