Submenu items cut off

Hi I was wondering how to improve the appearance of my sub-menus. I have attached screenshots of the submenu with Megamenu turned on and with it turned off. In both cases some of the submenu items are cut off. Is there a setting to fix this?

How do you want to display those links? It seems a strange layout to me currently.

Are you looking for this as the dropdown items:
