    When activating for first time within the Appearance>Manage Themes it has Flexform located at the bottom but says its broken, installed but incomplete. Stylesheet is missing is the description.

    Didn’t notice this in your documentation and no search revealed a post matching this problem.

    I see I was uploading the entire Flexform zip with all folders inside. Do I upload both the flexform folder and flexform-child folder into the themes area?

    Yup, seems to work now by just uploading those two folders mentioned above.
