Some Pages Not Displaying Correctly on iPad

Hello,

I have a few pages of my site which are not displaying correctly on iPad’s.

I have tested this on an iPad Air.

Goto http://www.gen-techno.com

The homepage looks fine on all browsers on Mac and a Windows PC. Tested in Safari, Chrome and Firefox.

If you open the homepage on an iPad the image under the header and navigation menu does not display correctly – and the whole page does not scale down to fit within the window. It is blown up.

The rest of the site except for this one other page:

Is fine, all other pages display correctly without issue.

Any ideas?

No – I do not have responsive mode turned on.

As suggested from another post I tried this custom CSS:

.spb-row-container > div {
padding: 0;
}

@media only screen and (max-width: 991px) {
.full-width-display-wrap figure.fw-media-wrap {
        margin-left: 0!important;
    }

}

.spb-row-container > div > .spb_wrapper > .container {
margin-left: -5px;
}

It did not help.

I attached a screen from an iPad Air of my index page. As you can see it is blown up and the only way to view it is to pan around. The top image does not show at all. If you view this page on any other device – PC, Mac, Surface Pro 3 (which I tested), it is fine.

All other pages but one other on this site display fine on the iPad.

Hi,

I see the menu’s even didn’t responsive, so I guess it something like your customization or any plugin. Can you try to disable all the plugins or revert back the customization you did to see anything helps?

I am only using one plug-in that is not required by the theme and that is PHP for Posts. I disabled that and it does not fix the problem.

I have not made any customizations. Theme is running basically untouched.

Not sure how it could be a plugin when the site runs fine on the iPad exempt for the index page and one other page. All other pages load fine. If it was a plugin would it not do this on all pages?
