Social Media Icons – how force to always be white?

My social media icons tend to go white at times – and color at others. I guess it’s ‘naked’ versus standard, however I’d like them to always and forever just be minimal – either black, white or gray as needed.

I also like the ‘rollup’ hover animation that sometimes happens – how can I get that in my header?
