Slow website

Hello!

I’ve got a problem on a photo galleries page. It’s slow as hell to load.

The page consists of 4 galleries with approximately 100, 50, 50 and 20 photos.

I know that 200 photos is quite a lot, but I don’t want to split that into multiple pages.

I activated the minifying option in Joyn, but I don’t have any cache plugin.

I use Smush it to reduce (a little) my photos (saved for the web with Photoshop).

Running the website on a shared server (with a half dozen others on the same server)

Any help or thought is appreciated.

Not much more you can expect, the more images on a page the longer it will take to load, even on a dedicated server, never mind a shared server. It’s unlikely your going to be able to improve the load time much at all
