I put my site’s name and description in theme’s option bus just appear FLEXFORM in my site header. How can I fix this?

I’m also interested in this one.
I know you can upload custom logos and I’ve created one that has the title I like but it appears way too small on the homepage no matter what size logo (in pixels) I upload.

Help please
