Hi, we’ve experienced a sudden bounce rate increase from 3% to 80%. Our server advisors tell us this:

    – – – – – –
A big problem for your site are the Autoloaded Options, as you can see:

    Autoloaded Options Count: 626
    Autoloaded Options Size: 9.93 MB

Currently, there are 9.93 MB of autoloaded options on your site. These are triggered everytime a site is visited/loaded/refreshed. For your site, the server needs to load 9.93 MB of options each time the site is loaded. This create a lot of stress on the server and this will cause the site to bug down. You will need to check your database and your plugins to check which is bloating the options to and if they are not vital, autoloading should be disabled.

    The bad option is:

    spb_history_*

This autoloaded option is coming from the plugin “swift-framework” so I would request you to remove this plugin ASAP and let us know. We will scan your site again to check the status of autoloaded options again.

We can’t seem to deactivate Swift Framework plugin. So what can be done to fix this urgently please?

What version of the theme do you have?

What version of the Swift Framework plugin do you have?

    What is your URL?

Please add a WP login for us to take a closer look.

    Thanks.

Thanks for reporting this, I’ll chat with our lead developer Ed regarding the possibility of amending this to help reduce that.

    Hi,

Is it possible that they can send you a detailed report for that table?

Can they also try to update the autoload option to “No” instead “Yes” and compare the results?

    Thanks

    -Rui
