LGOctober 10, 2016 at 7:06 am #295402Hi Ed,
Thanks. We’ll await the update for the theme.
The Menu/Burger doesn’t work at all when browsing from a smartphone. a # just shows up in the URL when you try to click on it.
The mobile menu works fine when viewing on desktop from a small window.
Kind regards,
ScottOctober 10, 2016 at 11:32 am #295464@manofmany
Can you provide the link so we can test it?
Thanks-Rui

What exactly isn’t working? can you provide your site url where you are facing those issues?-Rui
October 11, 2016 at 10:39 am #295664It looks to be something with a 3rd plugin, it seems to be because of the sharing/ads plugin.
try to disable all plugins except Woocommerce, SwiftFramework and redux framework. Clear the cache and try again.
If it works, activate the plugins one by one or several at each time until figure out the problematic plugin.

Looks like the last update fixed everything. It’s all good.
Thanks!

October 13, 2016 at 2:46 pm #296266Team – my row width issues are still unresolved after update: http://bit.ly/2dZhJof If I don’t edit the page only the first row of the page has a style issue (it’s text content extends to the page edges – missing left and right padding as desired). If I do update the page to attempt to fix that first row (changing all row Wrap Type settings to Full-Width Contained) then all the rows no longer extend to the window left and right edges. The rows only extend to the content width. Additionally, background parallax imagery disappears. Please see the attached screenshots for examples. Thoughts? Thanks in advance.

Do you have the original page contents to hand? From what I can see that page has been updated, so the legacy setup has been stripped.

October 13, 2016 at 6:01 pm #296313What does “to hand” mean?
I have to be able to update an existing page AND keep the original style. The previously described workaround (of changing the aforementioned row setting to Full-Width Contained) didn’t work. So despite the “legacy” settings being stripped, I attempted to fix them and it didn’t work. How can we make this happen?
