    Hi,

    after updating to wordpress 4.4 all sidebars have disapeard. I have different sidebars on different sides and some sides without any sidebar. It worked well up to today. I’ve no idea what should be the reason.

    Important: before logging into the site, you have to authorize on my server:
    user: madmarx
    password: gnubbel

    I would be very grateful for a solution to the problem

    Hi Michael,

    WordPress changed this in their 4.4 update. We have a fix in place and updates are being processed today. The update will be with you shortly.

    Have the same problem so commenting to get notification when Ed or David reply that the update is ready. I need my sidebars.

    How is that? When I go to /wp-admin/themes.php it does not say an updated theme is available….

    Sorry the update to 1.8 was available but now that I have updated to Theme 1.8 and WP 4.4 I still have no sidebars

    Hi,
    You are using child theme so upgrade did not work. I made fix in child theme’s files (single.php and page.php).
