    Hi Guys,

I bought and installed Uplift couple of days ago, developing locally on Mamp.
Almost everything works fine, but there is an issue with the sidebars on the shop page.

When the sidebar set up at theme options > Shop options > Woocommerce Sidebar Config (selecting left, right or even both) any of these options are not showing correctly. Please see attached screenshots.

    I found the cause 🙂
Woocommerce Ajax Layered Navigation if deactivated, everything is fine
    https://www.woothemes.com/products/ajax-layered-navigation/

They do talk about theme compatibilities here: https://docs.woothemes.com/document/ajax-enabled-enhanced-layered-navigation/#section-6
Does it mean anything to you, why this (official) Woo plugin and your theme do not work together?

    Thanks!

Can you attach the plugin zip file so we can take a look?

    Thanks.

    Hi Micheal,

Have you got a live URL where this is happening also? If you do, can you add a WP login/FTP details?

    Cheers.

    Hi David,

Unfortunately not, working locally at the moment…

That makes it tricky, initially I cannot replicate the issue when using the plugin.

    – If the plugin is disabled do the sidebars work?
    – It looks like you are not using the AJAX widgets in the sidebar also?

    Thanks.

    Hi David,

if the plugin disabled, the sidebar works perfectly.
Regarding the widget, I haven’t started to setup yet as the sidebar itself was not visible as per the issue above…

What version of WooCommerce are you using? 2.6+? Can you get a staging URL setup for me?

    Thanks.

    Hi,

Have you tried using this plugin: https://en-gb.wordpress.org/plugins/yith-woocommerce-ajax-navigation/ ?

    Thanks,
    David.

    Hi David,

I haven’t because I try to stick with the official Woo plugins (furthermore YITH plugins usually slows down the site from previous experience)…

Please can you try this theme version – we have adjusted a few things that should allow this to work – http://swiftideas.d.pr/ywB/2TnJbAQZ
