Show 'Read more' instead of 'Download' on post thumbnails

Hi

1. on posts with a download, how do I show ‘Read more’ on the post thumbnail text instead of ‘Download’ (see screenshot attached)

2. How do I make social ‘share’ button appear on post pages?

2. What is the best type of PDF to save for download from WordPress?

3. On updating to latest version all pagebuilder disappeared, I reverted the site to what it was before – has this issue now been resolved? I do not want my sites to bread each time I update the theme and swift framework.

1) Use this plugin to replace the text: https://wordpress.org/plugins/real-time-find-and-replace/

2) This should automatically appear on single posts. Can you update the theme to the latest version? You have also added CSS to remove this?

3) I’d keep your PDF size as small as possible to keep the download fast. There is only one format of .pdf file I think?

4) If you now update, this issue is resolved. It was caused by WP 4.8.
