    I have been having problems using the shortcode inserter from the editor. It pops up the window and lets me make selections. Once I click the button to insert, it clears all of my settings and does not insert the shortcode

    Hey,

    What plugins do you have active? Try disabling them one by one, testing each time if it works (might be a plugin conflict)

    Thanks for the tip .. . but it didn’t work. 🙁

    I deactivated all plugins and I have the identical response.

    This seems to be tied to a recent update to the theme. Didn’t have any issues 2 versions ago. Somewhere the “SwiftIdeas” icon was replaced with “[0]” in the editor. It has been since that replacement.

    Do you have a short-code cheat sheet? That would help me do what I’m trying to do.

    Unfortunately we don’t have one yet.

    But the shortcode generator must work, can you please privately reply with your WP admin login, so I can try to see where the issue is coming from? Also, how did you update the theme?

    I tried it in Chrome & IE. I think I also tried it in FF.
