    Hi There,

    I am using Dante v1.1, and when I attempt to use the shortcode generator, I get the following error message:

    [an error occurred while processing this directive]

    Any idea why this would happen?

    Just had a quick google and this seems like a permissions issue, http://www.bluehostforum.com/showthread.php?32117-an-error-occurred-while-processing-this-directive :

    SSUE RESOLVED: For the benefit of anyone encountering a similar problem, try the steps that follow:

    – Go to cPanel
    – Open File Manager from Files section
    – Navigate to domain folder
    – Check “Perms” column on far right hand side
    – Files should be set to: 0644 (this is the UNIX file permissions)
    – Folders should be set to: 0755

    The files/folders you want to set are /swift-framework/sf-shortcodes/
