The Shop thumbnails seem to be set to 200px by 200px, and we already have another ticket open with you all for how to make them taller. However, it looks like the theme uses the same image for both the Shop thumbnails AND the product page images. Is there a way for us to use two different images for these two different purposes?

    Hi,

You can change those here: WooCommerce > Settings > Products > Display

You need to then use this plugin to rebuild your thumbnails: https://wordpress.org/plugins/regenerate-thumbnails/

Hmm.. That doesn’t appear to have worked. I changed the thumbnail pixel size in the WooCommerce settings and regenerated the thumnails (which actually looks like it resized all of the site images, I’m not sure why), and the product thumnails are still the same size, and square. Next thoughts?

Seems like you have now set and re-sized the shop images to 600×600 px?

I guess I’m not successfully communicating our need. We need to be able to display ONE image for the product thumbnail, and a DIFFERENT image for the actual product details page. Is there a way to do this?

No, you would need a developer to integrate that change for you.

    Thanks.
