    Hi, the shop products carousel seems to be not working on my iPhone 5. Both Chrome and Safari freeze when I scroll down the page as soon as I get to the carousel. I tried deleting the second line from my wp-includes/js/jquery.js file as instructed on another post, but made no difference.
    Also, the header logo isn’t showing on mobile either.

    Hi there

    I’m also getting this happening to me.

    The page freezes and when it eventually comes back the carousel doesn’t show up.

    I’m using the portfolio carousels on Neighborhood.

    Hi,

    To me they are working fine in Chrome on Windows 7.
    Did you cleared the browser cache after the last theme update? If not please try it.

    I’ve cleared cache, history and everything on my browser on my mobile phone and still get no carousel showing.

    Only happening on my mobile.

    Hi,

    We already release another update.
    Can you try to update, clear the cache and try again.

    If it doesn’t work for you please provide admin access using the private reply option.

    Hi all,

    Sorry for pushing this old tread, but the same problem occurres on my installation. The product carousel is not clickable on iPhone. But it perfectly works on desktop. Using the iPhone 6 the shop images in the carousel function cannot be clicked. You can try yourself by scrolling down on the home page until “beliebteste ORNOS” where the images are displayed very well but cannot be clicked anyway.

    Of course I am running the newest theme version. Please have a look with your iPhone on http://www.orno-design.de

    It seems an issue with the swipe event. can you provide ftp access so can get a workaround?

    Hi,

    I had to disable the Swipe effect so the links can work because it’s not working properly.

    Will need admin access to enable the nav indicators and to apply a custom css so you use the arrows in mobile to navigate in the mobile.

    Hi,

    I’m seeing that is working in the desktop when you resize the browser but in my android the arrows aren’t showing.

    can you check if it’s working on your mobile, clear the cache.
