Shop – Add Link to attributes on product page

Look at the supplied link.

There is the product meta to the right of the product image. It contains a woocommerce attribute named “Lösungen”. I need these attributes to be clickable (to have links). I assume it’s a bit complicated but as you are familiar with woocommerce and it’s structure, I am sure it’s a easy fix for you.
