    Hello,

the shipping cost (in numbers) not showing at the shopping cart.
Only shows only the titles of the different kind of shipments. (see image)

I don’t want to appear the NOTE below: “Shipping and taxes are being calculated …”
I don’t know why it is not calculating the costs already configured.

Could you help me with this please?

thank you very much for your help.
    best regards,
    c

    Hi,

Just clarify, you mean the price should be 22.74 – the total sum of the product + the shipping?

Please can you disable all plugins leaving only Swift Framework and WooCommerce active whilst we take a look.

    HI David,

OK. This is very weird. I don’t see Swift Framework Plugin, not installed, nor active or inactive. =/

    The price should be:
    24,00 € +
5,00 € > Barcelona shipping “precio único” (see image)
    _________
29,00 € > total amount for the client to pay.

    Thanks
    best regards,
    c

In this case Neighborhood doesn’t use the SwiftFramework plugin.
Can you try to activate the default WordPress theme(Twenty Seventeen) and check if the result is the same?

If the result is the same then it’s something about the Woocommerce settings.

Not sure exactly how shipping zones work. Try to check this documentation if you didn’t read it yet.
    https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/setting-up-shipping-zones/

In this situation you need to contact Woocommerce support, something is wrong in your settings and don’t exactly what it is since we don’t have the same knowledge has the Woocommerce Support team.

    Hello,
I want to post the solution for this issue. It was so simple. I was putting the € simbol in the cost box and you can only put numbers there. WooCommerce was not reading it.

    thanks
    best regards

Thanks for sharing, that shouldn’t be even allowed to avoid situations like this one.
