    Hi,

    I might be being stupid but i can not get the short product description to update?
    If you take a look at the short product description it differs from what is shown in the custom field sf_product_short_description.
    I can not get either to update?

    what am i doing wrong?

    Hi,
    You can do it easily. Just go to product edit page -> Custom Field -> sf_product_short_description -> Change this value and update it.

    Have you tried this on the page link I sent?

    I know this is how you update. But while it initially looks like it worked when you save the overall page update it removes the extra text I added.

    Please confirm that this is the same for you?

    Please deactivate all plugins except woocommerce and SwiftFramework and check for issue.

    Hi,

    I have just tested this and everything is working as normal. I wanted to just check, you are adding text to this field and not anywhere else:

    Meta Options => Product Meta => Product Description => Product Short Description

    Love your furniture also btw, I have bookmarked the shop. The oak coffee table is awesome.
