    Is there any customization available on the search? (regular search box, not the super search) I’d like to adjust the weighting of the various fields to make it a little easier to search.

    The shortest explanation is that I want an item with a name of “Panama hat” to show up before an item that has “made in panama” in its description.

    Hi,

    This is not availble from within the theme as standard. For this you will want to use a plugin such as Relevanssi: https://wordpress.org/plugins/relevanssi/.

    This will allow you to alter search weightings.

    Thanks. That’s pretty much what I expected, but I wanted to check before I ran down the alternative plugin options.

    I was hoping I’d overlooked something in one of the theme files.
