    along the same lines as my query regarding rotating adverts in the promo bar, has anyone implements scrolling sticky top bar, like you would see in a financial site displaying stock prices?

    it would be marvelous to see some example code.

    no problem. i will try to implement this idea using js/css, without touching the HTML or using PHP, and see what happens. this is now my mission in life. 😉
